Black Impact's mission is to empower Black students and youth through leadership development, social activism, and political engagement. We aim to raise, train, support, and empower the next generation of Black leaders while promoting good mental health within the Black community.
You can get involved by attending our events, volunteering with us, or partnering with us for our campaigns and initiatives. We also welcome donations and contributions to support our work. Visit our "Get Involved" page to learn more about these opportunities.
We offer a range of services including leadership training, networking events, workshops and seminars, internship and career fairs, mentorship programs, and social activism campaigns. Our goal is to provide Black students with the resources and opportunities they need to succeed.
Our events are open to all Black students and youth, as well as allies and partners who support our mission. Specific events may have particular eligibility criteria, such as the Class of 2024 Awards, which is open to Black graduating students in the UK.
Nominating someone for the Black Impact Awards is simple. You can either refer someone through our referral link or submit a self-nomination using our online forms. Visit the "Class of 2024 Awards" section on our Events page for more details and access to the nomination forms.
The Black Impact Awards recognize excellence across various categories including leadership, academic achievement, creativity, social activism, entrepreneurship, resilience, and sports. Each category is designed to celebrate the diverse talents and contributions of Black students.
You can stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter, following us on social media, or regularly visiting our website. We frequently update our Events page with details about upcoming events, registration links, and other important information.
The Race Equality Now Campaign is an initiative launched by Black Impact in collaboration with Make Diversity Count. The campaign aims to address and combat structural racism within higher education and the wider society by promoting race equality through events, workshops, and advocacy efforts.
We welcome volunteers to join our team and contribute to our events and initiatives. You can apply to volunteer through the "Get Involved" page on our website, where you will find a list of available roles and a registration form.
Organizations interested in partnering with Black Impact can reach out to us through our "Partner with Us" page. We are always looking to collaborate with like-minded organizations that share our commitment to empowering Black youth and creating opportunities for growth and development.
